Emergency Shower Mat

WHERE: Emergency shower areas.

WHY: Use under Emergency Showers or eyewash stations to draw attention to the emergency equipment and to keep accident victims from slipping. A full 7/8" thick with drainage ports throughout, it keeps employees safely above the overflow ow area as the hazardous chemicals are washed off. A high-traction design on the mats surface also provides safe footing. Following the ANSI Z535.1-1998 standard for color-coding, the Emergency Shower Station Mat effectively calls attention to the Safety Shower area. The highly visible green tiles designate the location of first aid and safety equipment and the yellow borders denote caution. These borders are 6" wide and have a gradual slope for easy access.

Finally, the individual size fits flat into standard autoclaves for efficient, effective cleaning. Pick-up and replacement of this mat is a breeze.
